These words are at the top of our home page, to point people in the appropriate direction to accomplish why they came to our site. Sometimes, that sentiment goes a bit further, when we deal directly with a customer throughout their order process. And sometimes within that process, things don't go as smoothly as usual.
These words are at the top of our home page, to point people in the appropriate direction to accomplish why they came to our site. Sometimes, that sentiment goes a bit further, when we deal directly with a customer throughout their order process. And sometimes within that process, things don't go as smoothly as usual. In these cases, recovery is key. For 27 years, we've understood that it takes a bit extra effort to be service oriented. Although that's not to say that extra effort is difficult. However, the results can be huge.
Yesterday, Joe Sorge, a customer, invited me to be on his Pulse Network program, "Kitchen Table Talks" that he runs with author Chris Brogan. He wanted to feature 800-CEO-READ as 'company of the week' due to a situation he experienced with us as a customer. This situation was a perfect example of how important recovery can be when things don't go as usual.
Check out the video of the program below, and be sure to tune in to future episodes, where they talk about various business books and things that make companies "sache" (read: awesome).
