The Buzz About Business Books
There has been a concentration of interest in business books and their readers over the last month.
- Check out the comments on my Five Business Book Classics post. Some folks have added their selections and others have taken issue with my choices.
- Harriet Rubin had her piece in the New York Times reporting how CEOs tend to read things other than business books. In response, Tim O'Reilly of O'Reilly Books posted a similar sentiment with the books and quotes that inspire him.
- Josh Kauffman at The Personal MBA posted his 2007 update to his list. You can read all about the history in the article BusinessWeek did on PMBA. His list consists of 69 books in 10 categories. His site also contains a blog and forums to discuss the curriculum. If you had trouble getting to the site yesterday, give it another try today.
