"...That day the deafening motor world with its toxic fumes felt really far, far away, and as we kept walking I started imagining I was one of those intrepid explorers of a bygone era, who trekked throughout the Himalaya in search of forbidden cities, lost cities, fabled cities, and what not cities. I looked at a distant pass imagining a lost paradise laying behind it. I looked at the sky and saw white clouds taking the shape of Chinese dragons holding precious pearls. All that was missing, really, was a Tibetan Saint, say a Milarepa or a Naropa, taking giant leaps across the mountains, while praising the Buddha with folded hands. I felt so high and I'd not smoked even one lousy joint in days..."
