Fire It Up!
By Porchlight
Michael Stallard, who wrote the inspiring book, Fired Up or Burned Out, recently did a podcast with IBM. Condensed into ten nuggets, this advice comes from someone with a wealth of experience and knowledge to share, but is broken down nicely. Points like focusing on value, sharing with others, and staying innovative will sound familiar, yet inspiring, to many, but surprising points like "be crappy" reveal that sometimes the delays that come with perfectionism can be a great hindrance to companies.
